孩子總是有問不完的問題：「為什麼？」「如果換個方法呢？」「還有沒有其他可能？」有時，問題變成一幅畫、一項小發明、一份食譜，甚至一場意想不到的實驗。在 Bird & Fish，我們不急著給孩子標準答案，而是陪著他們觀察、思考、嘗試，把天馬行空的想法變成作品。因為藝術不只是學畫畫，更是探索世界、連結想法、發現無限可能的過程。
Children have a wonderful habit of asking questions adults have stopped asking. Why does that happen? What if we tried this? Could we make it work another way? Sometimes a question becomes a drawing, an invention, a recipe, or an experiment that does not go as planned. At Bird & Fish, we are interested in what happens next. Art is a way of looking closely, connecting ideas, and discovering possibilities.
這個寒假，我們要陪孩子一起探索好多有趣的事！從生活中事物的運作、食物背後的小故事，到正在成長的身體、實用的生活技能，還有會動、會帶來驚喜，甚至能邀請大家一起玩的創意作品。我們不怕實驗失敗，也不急著讓孩子照著原本的想法完成。有時候，改變主意、意外發現，甚至做出和想像完全不一樣的成果，反而是最有趣的學習開始！
This winter, children investigate how things work, discover stories behind familiar foods, learn about their changing bodies, practice useful everyday skills, and invent things that move, surprise, and invite play. We welcome experiments that fail, ideas that change, and unexpected results. They are often where the most interesting learning begins.

FOOD, ART & GOOD FORTUNE
小小廚師｜新年吉祥如意
Little Chef — Food, Art & Good Fortune
為什麼餃子像金元寶？蘿蔔糕為什麼象徵好運？造型湯圓、鳳梨蝦球、掛霜腰果、橙汁雞柳和八寶封雞腿，這些熟悉的年節料理背後，藏著家庭、傳統，以及人們給彼此的祝福。孩子們將透過新年料理與藝術，探索食物與文化的連結，練習實用的廚房技能，並嘗試水果杯色彩、形狀與如意鳳凰卷擺盤。整週還會製作自己的「小小廚師食譜盒」，收集食譜、繪畫、照片與回憶。食譜不只是做菜的步驟，也可以是一個值得收藏的故事。
Why are dumplings shaped like gold ingots? Why is pineapple associated with good fortune? Behind familiar New Year foods are stories about family, tradition, and the things we wish for one another. Children explore these connections through cooking and art: preparing festive dishes, practicing useful kitchen skills, and experimenting with color, shape, and presentation. Their Little Chef Recipe Box gathers recipes, drawings, photographs, and memories—a story worth keeping.

CURIOUS MINDS. CREATIVE HANDS
小小文藝復興家｜藝術、科學與工程
Young Renaissance — Art, Science & Engineering
為什麼有些東西會浮起來，有些卻會沉下去？小小的結構，為什麼能承受那麼大的重量？就像文藝復興大師李奧納多・達文西（Leonardo da Vinci），對世界總有問不完的問題。他既是藝術家，也是發明家、工程師與科學觀察者，喜歡透過繪畫、觀察、研究與實驗，探索自然與生活背後的奧祕。
我們將邀請孩子跟著達文西的好奇心，展開五天不同的創意課程，從連結藝術、科學、工程與日常生活。我們會拿起放大鏡，尋找大自然裡不容易發現的細節；從平面到立體，動手進行造型與結構實驗，認識平衡、地心引力與建構的奧祕；走進聲音的世界，探索振動、音樂與規律圖樣，發現科學和藝術之間的有趣連結。還會一起走出教室，展開大自然飛行實驗，觀察空氣流動與飛行的秘密；並進入建築與美術館，從光線、色彩、反射和影子的變化中，發現更多視覺上的藝術。
整週將透過一本專屬的「文藝復興探索筆記」，記錄孩子的草圖、問題、實驗過程與感想發現。在營隊結束之後，能繼續帶著這份小小文藝復興的好奇心，把觀察、提問與實驗的精神帶回日常生活。
Why do some things float while others sink? How can something so small hold so much weight? Each day brings a different adventure connecting art, science, engineering, and everyday life. Children observe, investigate, experiment, and build—and sometimes discover that their first idea was not quite right. Their Renaissance Field Notebook holds sketches, questions, experiments, and discoveries. There is no single big project everyone must finish: five days offer five opportunities to explore how the world works.

青春期藝術｜身體與健康
Growing Up: Body & Health
如果你也曾想過，「想讓青春期孩子認識自己的身體，卻不知道該怎麼開口？」每年固定開設、深受家長好評的青春期營隊，正是為您孩子而準備的。由擁有美術與護理雙專業背景的藝術教師帶領，並結合國小月經平權教育的實務經驗，以自然且適齡的方式，陪伴孩子認識成長中的自己。
男、女孩都可以一起來學習。課程內容包含：青春期的身心變化、男女生殖器官的基礎認識、月經與夢遺知識、各式衛生用品的了解與使用、生產過程的初步認識、自我保護與防霸凌情境小劇場、健康飲食觀念、好好相處的兩性尊重討論與健康烘焙實作，會透過可愛的彩繪筆記、黏土創作與團體創作，讓孩子在被理解與尊重的氛圍中，慢慢建立對身體的認識與自信，這不只是知識的學習，更是一段重要的成長陪伴。
Growing up brings questions—some easy to ask, others a little awkward. This comfortable, respectful space lets boys and girls learn together, ask questions, and better understand themselves and others. Over three days, honest conversations, age-appropriate information, and creative activities explore puberty, reproductive health, personal care, boundaries, and relationships. The personal Growing Up Journal (我的成長手札) collects useful information, illustrations, annotated diagrams, and questions: a health reference to return to as they grow.

生活技能冒險｜獨立與應變
Life Skills Adventure — Independence & Resourcefulness
遇到突發狀況時，孩子知道如何自保與應對嗎？與其替孩子打點好一切，不如帶領他們學習受用一生的獨立自理與危機應變力。這場專為孩子們打造的生活技能大冒險，帶領孩子從雙手出發，探索繩結固定、基礎修繕、工具安全操作與物資整理，學會靠自己的力量解決日常難題，並以繪圖紀錄。課程更融入情境感知與警覺性、外出基礎導航辨位、緊急通訊與地震颱風防範應變，引導孩子在突發狀況中冷靜思考，並懂得正確尋求協助。孩子們還將親手打造專屬的初階緊急防災隨身包、學習簡易傷口處理、手繪圖解指南並合作挑戰生活技能賽。將所學知識融會貫通，不僅具備自救能力，更能學會互助與守護身邊的人。
There is a particular satisfaction in figuring something out yourself: tying a useful knot, finding your way with a map, or knowing whom to ask for help. Hands-on challenges and teamwork give children opportunities to practice everyday skills, make thoughtful decisions, and solve practical problems. We explore personal safety, communication, resourcefulness, and emergency preparedness. Children design and assemble an emergency preparedness starter kit, considering what they might need, why each item matters, and how to organize it.

遊戲實驗室｜互動藝術與趣味發明
The Play Lab — Playful Inventions & Interactive Art
如果藝術作品會動、能讓眼睛產生錯覺，或在別人碰觸時有所回應呢？延續暑期 DIY 遊戲營的探索，這次從手作玩具遊戲走向動態雕塑、視覺錯覺、簡單機械與趣味發明。孩子將實驗、建構、測試、修改並遊玩，發現讓作品「動起來」和讓它好看一樣有成就感。每場工作坊課程內容不同，可選一場，也可參加三場。
What if your artwork could move, trick someone’s eyes, or respond to touch? Building on our summer DIY Games Camp, this series moves beyond handmade games into moving sculptures, optical illusions, simple mechanisms, and playful inventions. Children experiment, construct, test, modify, and play—discovering that making something work can be as rewarding as making it look good. Each workshop stands on its own: join one Sunday or experience all three.

Before you register
早鳥截止日：2026年11月30日。
學費包含項目：師資教學、藝術與專案材料、營隊學習工具與可帶回的作品材料、每日午餐與下午點心、活動保險，以及適用時的校外活動門票與交通。 Tuition inclusions: Teaching, art and project materials, camp learning tools and take-home materials, daily lunch and afternoon snacks, activity insurance, and applicable excursion admission and transport.
如需自備物品或有額外費用，畫室將事先告知。
The studio will communicate any required items or additional costs in advance.
1. 開放報名後，填寫線上報名表。
Complete the online registration form after enrollment opens.
2. 提供孩子基本資料、選擇營隊、家長聯絡方式，以及飲食限制、過敏與其他參與需求。Provide the child’s basic information, selected camp, parent contact details, dietary restrictions, allergies, and other participation needs.
3.開放報名後24小時內額滿營隊，將依常規班孩子、營隊參加次數等依序登記名額。For camps filled within 24 hours, priority goes to regular students, then returning campers.
4. 收到 Bird & Fish 正式報名確認後，名額才算確認；送出表單不保證取得名額。A place is confirmed only after official registration confirmation from Bird & Fish. Form submission does not guarantee a place.
取消與退費 / Cancellations & refunds
1. 每梯達開課人數後，會以Line訊息通知，請於繳費期限內完成繳費，逾期會自動釋出名額。
2. 🔺「繳費後」因個人因素無法參加，開課日10天(含假日)之前辦理退費，退款50%。（因每梯次名額有限且報名至開課期間較長，報名前請家長先協助確認學校寒暑期課程時間「不衝堂」再登記，謝謝您的理解與配合。）
3. 🔺開始上課前10天(含假日)～開課日，因有師資與材料支出，即不退費。如其他營隊有名額可安排轉班（天災或其他不可抗力之因素，不在此限）
4.營隊活動開始後，如中途請假或退出，因有師資材料準備，恕不接受中途找人替補上課與退費。
5.如因病假或返校日事宜，老師可安排營隊午休或其他營隊時間幫孩子補足進度。
【 上課須知 】
1. 為維護學習品質，若於營隊中孩子未能遵守🔺團隊秩序與教室規範🔺影響上課進行或其他孩子權益，經勸導溝通與家長協調仍未能改善，將暫停其後續課程。
2.營隊為孩子「獨立參加」課程，請遵守營隊規定。家長「請勿中途進入課程」，以免影響孩子課程的專注與進行。如對課程有任何疑問，我們歡迎洽詢教學主任菜菜老師，做進一步的課程了解。
3.上課期間如遇颱風等天災，依台南市政府公告停課，並另擇日補課或安排退費。

Health, safety & participation
食物與過敏 / Food & allergies
小小廚師包含食材準備、烹調與品嚐。食譜可能含堅果、蛋、乳製品、麩質、海鮮與其他常見過敏原。請於報名時完整告知過敏與飲食限制，以便事先討論安排。
Little Chef involves food preparation, cooking, and tasting. Recipes may contain tree nuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, seafood, and other common allergens. Please disclose allergies and dietary restrictions during registration so arrangements can be discussed in advance.
工具與實作 / Tools & hands-on activities
部分營隊使用烹飪設備、藝術工具、簡單機構與實驗材料。老師會依孩子能力與活動需求，提供適齡指導與監督。
Some camps use cooking equipment, art tools, simple mechanisms, and experimental materials. Teachers provide age-appropriate instruction and supervision with children’s abilities and activity requirements in mind.
青春期｜身體與健康 / Growing Up: Body & Health
男女共同參與，內容包含青春期、身體變化、月經、夢遺、生殖健康、基本避孕知識、個人界線與尊重的關係。將在支持、尊重的環境中，以事實與適齡語言呈現。
This mixed-gender camp discusses puberty, physical changes, menstruation, wet dreams, reproductive health, basic contraception, personal boundaries, and respectful relationships. Content is factual and age-appropriate.
生活技能大挑戰 / Life Skills Adventure
以安全、適齡的練習與引導情境，認識日常技能、個人安全與緊急準備。防災準備入門包是教學用起步工具，不能取代完整的家庭防災計畫或緊急物資。
Safe, age-appropriate practice and guided scenarios introduce practical skills, personal safety, and emergency preparedness. The educational starter kit is not a substitute for a complete family emergency plan or emergency supplies.
健康與個別需求 / Health & individual needs
若孩子有過敏、醫療需求、飲食限制或可能影響參與的其他需求，請於報名時告知。歡迎事先與畫室討論如何支持孩子舒適、安全地參與。
Please inform us during registration of allergies, medical requirements, dietary restrictions, or other needs that may affect participation. Families are welcome to discuss support for their child’s comfort, safety, and participation.
