Growing Up Camp is almost here.
Over three days, children will explore the changes happening in their bodies — calmly, honestly, and with curiosity. This camp is designed for boys and girls together, creating a shared space where every question is welcome and nobody has to feel embarrassed about growing up.
Topics move from body changes to reproductive health, contraception basics, pregnancy, and how to take care of themselves and treat others with respect. We balance real knowledge with creative activities, good food, and plenty of time to talk.

Know Your Body
Icebreaker & introductions · Secondary sex characteristics & reproductive anatomy (teaching models) · Super Light Soft Polymer Clay activity to record what we learned · Menstruation & wet dreams · Skin, body odor & daily self-care

Protection & Life
Contraception & self-protection — condoms, birth control pills, the safe period · Notetaking · Pregnancy, prenatal care & birth stories · Viewing a pregnancy health booklet & short film

Respect, Safety & Each Other
Anti-bullying picture book — read & discuss · Colored pencil drawing · Gender-friendly survival kit · Interactive group discussion
What every child takes home
Knowledge they can keep — notes from the sessions, a gender-friendly survival kit, and a batch of homemade walnut cookies baked on Day 3.
A note on this camp's content. This camp discusses puberty, body changes, reproductive health, and contraception in age-appropriate, factual language. Our goal is for children to receive accurate information in a safe, respectful environment — before curiosity leads them somewhere less reliable. If you have any questions about the content, please reach out before camp begins.

A few reminders
Please arrive by 9:00 AM and collect your child by 4:00 PM each day.
Please let the teacher know in advance about any dietary needs, allergies, nap habits, or anything that helps your child feel comfortable and supported.
Photos and artwork will be documented throughout camp and shared with families within one week of the final day. We will always respect your child's preference if they prefer not to be photographed.
This is a shared group experience. We ask that all children come ready to listen, take turns, and respect each other. If a child's behavior consistently disrupts the group after gentle reminders, we reserve the right to pause their participation and will contact parents directly.

青春期藝術三日營 2026

青春期藝術三日營，就要開始了。
這三天，孩子們將在一個安心的環境裡，認識自己身體正在發生的變化。這個營隊男女孩會一起參與，讓每一個青春期的問題都有機會被好好回答，讓長大這件事不再是令人尷尬的秘密。
課程涵蓋身體變化、心情轉變、避孕基本知識、懷孕與生命故事，以及如何照顧自己、尊重兩性的差異。我們以真實的知識為核心，搭配創作活動，以及充足的討論時間。
三日的課程
第一天 · 7 月 1 日
認識自己的身體
從相見歡自我介紹到認識男女孩青春期身體變化、第二性徵與生殖器介紹（教具）、認識月經與夢遺、如何日常自我照顧體味與皮膚，以輕黏土與色鉛筆創作紀錄。
第二天 · 7 月 2 日
保護與生命
避孕與自我保護的認識，保險套、避孕藥、安全期等介紹與色鉛筆筆記。分享懷孕、產檢、生產的故事、孕婦手冊與影片欣賞。
第三天 · 7 月 3 日
尊重、安全與兩性互動
霸凌繪本導讀分享與討論、健康飲食介紹與椰子核桃酥烘焙實作、尊重兩性友善互動創作，一起畫下未來的樣子。
每日餐點
營隊含每日午餐與點心：鍋燒意麵、壽司、豬排土司、健康飲品、豆花、當季水果⋯等營養餐點
孩子帶回家的可以留著的知識
課程色鉛筆紀錄與黏土創作、兩性友善創作單，以及第三天親手做的核桃酥餅。
關於課程內容的說明。這個營隊將以符合年齡、客觀正確的語言，討論青春期、身體變化、生殖健康與避孕等主題。我們的目標是讓孩子在安全、被尊重的環境中，獲得正確的資訊。如對課程內容有任何疑問，歡迎在營隊開始前聯繫我們。
幾件重要的事
請準時於上午 9:00 送達，並於下午 4:00 接孩子。
報名早鳥方案的孩子可於上午 8:00 報到，並享有免費早餐。
如孩子有飲食限制、過敏、用藥需求、午睡習慣，或任何有助於讓他們感到安心的注意事項，請務必提前告知老師。
營隊期間將進行拍照記錄，並於結束後與家長分享。若孩子不希望被拍照，我們會尊重其意願。
這是一個共同的團體體驗。我們希望每位孩子都能帶著聆聽、尊重與互相照顧的心情參與。若有任何需要您協助的地方，我們會直接與您聯繫。
